
ORDER DESIGN (General)- STEP 1 OF 3

You can do this via email, telephone , or preferably by filling in our design order enquiry form.
Step 2
CONSULTATION
Once you have completed our order enquiry form and we have reviewed it, then we will contact you to discuss your requirements in detail. We will discuss your response to our order enquiry form, your advertising objectives and needs. We define and agree the elements your advert should consist of, including general style, logos, photos, graphics and documents, etc.
Step 3
DESIGN SUMMARY & QUOTATION
Following the initial consultation, we will confirm your design requirements, related costs and anticipated development timescale in writing by issue of a formal written quotation
Step 4
PROJECT ACCEPTANCE & DEPOSIT PAYMENT (around 30%)
Once you have reviewed our design summary and quotation, and any necessary revisions/amendments have been made, then you may formally accept our quotation and instruct us to begin work on your advert project. We will then agree a project start date and request that you submit any information / images / copy / etc that we need for the project. It is at this stage that the appropriate deposit must be paid to us - noting that this is non-refundable (but it will be deducted from your final bill/invoice).
Step 5
OUTLINE 'LOOK & FEEL'
Upon acceptance and payment of deposit, the first administrative step is that we will make the draft design. The first actual 'design' step involves the production of a graphical design concept illustrating the 'look & feel' of your advert. We will create a few (usually 3 or 4) graphic design mock-up options for you to review and comment on (up to a maximum of 8). Once you have chosen a preferred option, perhaps with some amendments, then we are ready to proceed to the next step (noting that the overall 'look & feel' of the website is now agreed and fixed).

Step 6
DETAILED DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Once you have chosen the 'look & feel' option above and you have supplied your content material, we can then begin development in earnest. We will keep you informed of progress at all times, so that you may provide feedback at all stages of the development. The time of fixing is according to our invoice, commanly 3 times.
Step 7
FINAL TESTING
Although testing (for website and interactive products) is performed during all stages of development, as the project nears completion the advert will undergo final testing by both yourself and our design team.
Step 8
COMPLETION
Once the final testing is completed and you have formally confirmed in writing that you are satisfied with the final design. At this stage the the project is considered to be complete and our invoice will be issued (via email) for payment - Please note that the completed advert will not be sent to you until full payment has been received by us.
Step 9
PRODUCT PROMOTION
Immediately following the advert being published, we will make a range of one-off (free) consulation and support on your behalf.
